Want something one-of-a-kind? We love bringing custom ideas to life — whether it's a personalized patch, a custom engraving, or a design idea you've been sitting on.
How It Works
- Fill out the form below with as much detail as you can: what you're imagining, the item (hat patch, cutting board, keychain or something else), quantity, sizing, colors, any wording or design elements, and the date you need it by.
- If you have a reference photo or design idea, email it to us at ashes.emberstudio@gmail.com after submitting the form, and mention your name so we can match it up.
- We'll reply by email within 1–2 business days with a quote and an estimated timeline.
- Once you approve the quote, we'll send you a secure payment link. After you pay, we make it and ship it.
Every custom piece is handmade and laser-engraved right here in Ohio. Timelines depend on what's being made and how many, so we work them out with you by email before you pay.
Final sale: Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they can't be returned or refunded. Please double-check every detail before you pay. If something arrives damaged or isn't what we agreed on, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
