Ashes + Ember Studio ("we," "us," "our") sells handmade, laser-engraved goods including hat patches, keychains, kitchen and entertaining items, and home decor, based in Ohio.

Use of Site
By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to make a purchase.

Products & Pricing
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product colors and details, but slight variations should be expected since each item is handmade.

Orders & Payment
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues; if we cancel an order, you'll be refunded in full.

Made-to-Order and Custom Items Our items are made specifically for you based on the options you select at checkout or confirm with us by email. Please double-check your selections (patch style, color, hat color, engraving details, etc.) before submitting, as all items are final sale per our Refund Policy, except as described there for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, photos, and content on this site are the property of Ashes + Ember Studio and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Ashes + Ember Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
